The Vive Hot and Cold Back Gel Wrap is a reusable therapy wrap that delivers both heating and cooling to the lower back. It is designed to contour to the lower back and fits waist sizes from 28 to 60 inches, so it can be worn by a wide range of users. The elastic strap holds the wrap in place during use, and the flexible gel construction allows it to bend with the body.

Each session provides up to 15 minutes of cooling or heating. For cooling, the wrap is stored inside the included resealable bag. The wrap measures 13.5 inches wide by 8.4 inches high with 8.5 mm gel thickness and weighs 1.3 lb. It is made from gel, nylon, and spandex and is latex free.
