The Vive Health Wrist Ice Wrap delivers targeted hot or cold therapy to the entire wrist, helping ease pain, swelling, stiffness, and inflammation from arthritis, carpal tunnel, sprains, strains, and repetitive motion injuries. Its removable Arctic Flex gel pack stays flexible when frozen and can be gently heated, while the adjustable wrap fits wrist circumferences up to 9 inches and works on either the left or right wrist.

Made from a soft, latex-free neoprene blend, the wrap has an interior pocket and a strong fastener to keep the gel pack securely in place without slipping or bunching. The large thumb opening leaves your fingers and hand free for everyday tasks, and the wrap is machine washable for easy cleaning.

Sizing & fit

The Vive Health Wrist Ice Wrap is a one-size wrap that adjusts to fit wrist circumferences up to 9 inches. It is reversible for use on either the left or right wrist.

How to use

• Place the Arctic Flex ice wrap pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
• Remove from the freezer and secure it in the interior pocket of the wrist wrap
• Apply to the area to be treated
• WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes
