The Vive Health Vest Restraint is a padded chest and body harness designed to keep seniors, adults, or disabled individuals securely positioned in a wheelchair or bed, preventing slipping, sliding, tilting, or agitation that can lead to falls and reinjury. It is intended for use by healthcare providers, caregivers, or family members assisting non-ambulatory individuals.
Two strap lengths are included for multipurpose use: the short straps (48.81 in or 124 cm) suit wheelchairs, while the long straps (108.26 in or 275 cm) secure a person comfortably to a bed. The soft, breathable polyester vest can be adjusted to fit any individual, and strong buckles keep the wearer secure. A front pocket provides hands-free storage for items such as money, phones, pens, or tissues.
