The Vive Health Shoulder Ice Wrap delivers targeted hot or cold therapy with adjustable compression to the left or right shoulder, helping relieve pain, stiffness, and swelling from sprains, strains, arthritis, and post-surgery soreness. Its reversible design can be worn over lightweight clothing or directly against the skin.

The included Arctic Flex gel pack stays flexible when frozen and fits into an interior mesh pocket, while the exterior compression pad lets you fine-tune pressure.
