Sizing & fit

Measure under the ankle bone. For swollen ankles, measure the circumference around the heel and top of the ankle. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size to avoid blood restriction.

• X-Small: Men's shoe 6-7, Women's shoe 7.5-8.5, ankle circumference 10"-11"
• Small: Men's shoe 7.5-9, Women's shoe 9-10.5, ankle circumference 11"-12"
• Medium: Men's shoe 9.5-11, Women's shoe 11-12.5, ankle circumference 12"-13"
• Large: Men's shoe 11.5-13, Women's shoe 13-14.5, ankle circumference 13"-14"
• X-Large: Men's shoe 13.5-15, Women's shoe 15-16.5, ankle circumference 14"-15"

How to use

Slide your foot into the brace and position it around the ankle. Pull the quick-lace straps to tighten, then secure them with the hook-and-loop closure for a customized fit. The removable splints can be left in place for extra stabilization or taken out to adjust the level of support.
