Vive Oversized Gel Ice Pack 11" x 24"

The Vive Health Oversized Gel Ice Pack measures 11" x 24" and is designed to cover large areas such as the back, hip, shoulder, and waist. Its non-toxic clay gel stays soft and pliable when frozen, allowing the pack to contour to the body, and separation lines distribute the gel evenly throughout. The pack can be used for both cold and heat therapy, and its latex-free vinyl cover is tear- and split-resistant for repeated use.

For cold therapy, freeze the pack flat for at least two hours before applying over clothing or a towel. For heat therapy, microwave it on full power in 15-second intervals, kneading between intervals, then continue in 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes, and the pack should be wiped with a damp cloth as needed.

How to use

• Cold Therapy: Place each ice wrap pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours.
• Remove from the freezer.
• Apply to the area to be treated, over clothing or a towel between the gel pack and bare skin.
• Heat Therapy: Place each pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate.
• Heat on full power for 15 seconds.
• Remove the gel pack carefully from the microwave and knead to distribute heat evenly.
• Check for the desired temperature.
• To reheat, place the gel pack back in the microwave for 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
• Apply to the area to be treated, over clothing or a towel between the gel pack and bare skin.
