This two-pack of Vive Health knee ice wraps delivers targeted hot or cold therapy with three removable Arctic Flex gel packs and a soft, latex-free neoprene blend. Each gel pack stays flexible when frozen so it contours to the knee, helping ease pain, swelling, and inflammation from ACL injuries, arthritis, surgery, or overuse.
Four adjustable straps hold the reversible brace securely on either the left or right knee, and the universal fit accommodates adult knees up to 21 inches in circumference. The breathable neoprene blend keeps skin cool and dry during extended wear, and the gel packs can be heated or chilled for up to 20 minutes of therapy at a time.

Sizing & fit
The Vive Health Knee Ice Wrap is a universal size that fits adult right and left knees up to 21 inches in circumference. Four adjustable straps secure the brace in place.
How to use
- Place gel pack flat in freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the gel pack from the freezer and place it in a knee brace before applying.
- Apply the knee brace to the affected area.
- Never apply cold therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time.
