The Vive Health Hot and Cold Wrist Sleeve delivers 360-degree compression with Arctic Flex technology for targeted hot or cold therapy to the wrist, thumb, and hand. The flexible Lycra and gel construction contours to the wrist and lets you adjust compression, while the reusable gel pack can be microwaved or frozen and stored in the included resealable bag.

Designed for tendonitis, arthritis, carpal tunnel, and general swelling or bruising, the sleeve fits either hand and comes in three sizes with an elastic strap for a secure fit. It is latex-free and wipes clean with a damp cloth.

How to use

Microwave or freeze the gel pack depending on whether you need hot or cold therapy. Slide the sleeve onto your wrist, then use the elastic strap to adjust the level of compression. The sleeve fits either the left or right hand.
