Vive Hot and Cold Finger Sleeves

Vive Health Hot and Cold Finger Sleeves deliver targeted temperature therapy for finger injuries, arthritis, trigger finger, and post-surgical recovery. The solid gel inner is 0.4" thick and holds cold for about 10 minutes per application, while the nylon/Lycra stretch cover conforms around the finger to keep the gel positioned over the treatment area.

Available in a 2-pack of standard sleeves or a 5-pack that adds thumb and pinky sizes, the sleeves are latex-free and reusable. Freeze them for cold therapy or microwave them for heat, then store them in the included ziplock pouch to protect the gel between uses.

Materials & care

• Outer Material: Nylon/Lycra stretch fabric.
• Gel: Solid, Non-liquid gel, Non-toxic; contains BPA.
• Latex-Free.
• Care Instructions: Spot clean the outer fabric only.
• Do not machine wash or machine dry.
• Store the sleeves in the included sealed ziplock pouch when not in use.
• The gel may dry out if the sleeves are left unsealed, particularly in hot temperatures or direct sunlight.
• The sleeves may also be stored in the freezer for future cold-therapy use.

Sizing & fit

The 2-pack includes two standard-size sleeves measuring 3" L x 1.25" W. The 5-pack includes three standard sleeves, one thumb sleeve measuring 1.75" L x 1.25" W, and one pinky sleeve measuring 2.5" L x 1" W.

How to use

• Intended for targeted hot or cold therapy of the fingers, including applications associated with finger injuries, arthritis, trigger finger, and post-surgical recovery.
• For cold therapy: Place the sleeves in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Apply for no more than 15–20 minutes, then wait at least 1 hour before reapplication.
• For heat therapy: Microwave on high in 20-second intervals, alternating sides between intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Use caution and check the temperature before application. Apply for no more than 15–20 minutes, then wait at least 1 hour before reapplication.
