Vive Hot and Cold Eye Mask

Sizing & fit

The adjustable strap fits head circumferences from 19” to 27”, ensuring a comfortable and stable fit for most users.

How to use

For cold therapy, place the gel pack in the freezer until it reaches 35°F to 40°F (2°C to 4°C). For hot therapy, heat in the microwave until it reaches 100°F to 110°F (38°C to 43°C). Adjust the strap for a comfortable fit and wear the mask over the eyes.
