Vive Hot and Cold Arch Wraps

Vive Health Hot and Cold Arch Wraps deliver targeted temperature therapy to the arch of the foot, combining soothing heat or cooling relief with gentle compression to ease pain, inflammation, and muscle soreness. The reusable gel insert stays flexible even when frozen, molding comfortably to the arch through repeated heating and freezing cycles.

Each unit includes two arch wraps and a freezer-safe bag for clean, mess-free storage at home, at the gym, or while traveling. The wrap fits men's and women's sizes 6 to 14 and is made from 7% nylon, 2% spandex, and 91% gel.

Materials & care

• Wipe with a damp cloth.
• Lay flat to air dry.

How to use

Heat or freeze the gel insert as desired, then place it into the wrap and position the wrap around the arch of the foot. Adjust for a comfortable, gently compressive fit.
