The Vive Health Dual Strap Ankle Hot and Cold Pack delivers targeted heat or cold therapy with mild compression to help soothe sore, bruised, and swollen ankles caused by sprains, strains, and common foot and ankle injuries. The clay-filled gel pack stays flexible when frozen so it wraps closely around the ankle, and it can also be heated in a microwave for warming relief.

One side of the pack is smooth nylon for a more intense cold feel, while the reverse is lined with soft plush to limit condensation. Two flexible fastener straps with double-sided hook micro Velcro secure the wrap and stretch to fit most ankles, including swollen ones. The pack is latex-free and reusable; wipe it clean with a damp cloth and air dry.
