Vive Dual Patella Strap

The Vive Health Dual Patella Strap is a knee support that applies targeted compression above and below the kneecap using a two-strap configuration, helping to stabilize the joint and distribute pressure across the patellar tendon during movement. Made from a 60% neoprene and 40% nylon blend, it is lightweight and breathable enough for extended wear, with adjustable hook-and-loop closures that let you set the compression level and anti-slip strips that keep the strap in place.

It comes in Small, Medium, and Large, sized by measuring around the middle of the kneecap, and each strap weighs between 0.135 lbs and 0.169 lbs depending on size. The low-profile design can be worn under or over clothing, and the strap can be hand-washed or wiped clean for repeated use.

Materials & care

• Machine wash with like colors. Preferably alone to avoid the hook from the straps catching on clothes.

Sizing & fit

Measure around the middle of the kneecap to find your size. Small fits 9"–12" (22.9–30.5 cm), Medium fits 12"–14.5" (30.5–36.8 cm), and Large fits 14.5"–17" (36.8–43.2 cm).
