670 Advanced Arm Sling Coretech

The Vive Health Coretech 670 Advanced Arm Sling is a universal, reversible sling designed for diagnosis-specific arm positioning and support after rotator cuff repairs, joint reconstruction, muscle and tendon tears, shoulder instability, and other non-surgical or post-op shoulder conditions. It fits the left or right arm and adjusts up to 16 inches from elbow to edge, with a removable arm-length extender for a personalized fit.

Quick-release buckles allow one-handed reapplication, while the breathable mesh fabric and generously padded neck strap keep the wearer comfortable. A pistol grip with quick-pull tabs holds the hand securely in place, and the moldable waist strap with aluminum splint helps prevent anterior migration. The sling supports gunslinger, neutral plane, and external rotation brace positions.

Care: remove all straps from the cover and hand wash cold with mild detergent. Rinse and Air dry. Do NOT machine wash or dry.

Sizing & fit

Universal one-size design fits the left or right arm. The sling adjusts up to 16 inches from elbow to edge, and the arm-length extender allows further customization. The waist strap fits up to a 60-inch circumference.
