The Vive Health Coretech 637 LSO Essential is a lumbar support brace built around a rigid back panel and detachable side panels that work together to stabilize the trunk. An independent pulley system lets a clinician dial in the level of compression, so the brace can be tightened or loosened to match the support a wearer needs during routine activity.

The back splint is heat moldable for a tailored shape, and soft belt padding sits against the body to reduce irritation. Thumb and hand loops make the brace easier to put on without help, and the included extenders widen the fit range. The brace is latex-free and spot cleans with a dry cloth.
