The Vive Health Coretech 621 SI Belt is a flexible sacroiliac orthosis that delivers targeted compression and support to the sacroiliac joints, helping to stabilize and reinforce the SI joint during routine activities. It is designed for long-term management of chronic conditions such as sacroiliac joint dysfunction and pelvic pain associated with arthritis.

A six-pulley system on the back with a rigid support panel lets you adjust compression levels as needed, while thumb loops and hand pockets make it easier to secure the straps during application. The soft inner lining and thin, breathable material keep all-day wear comfortable, and easy-pull Velcro tabs simplify removal when you are finished.

Sizing & fit

Small/Medium fits waist circumferences up to 32". Large/X-Large fits waist circumferences from 32" to 52". The 8" extender adds 8" to any belt size.

How to use

Place the belt around your lower back and pelvis, then use the thumb loops and hand pockets to pull the straps and secure the belt. Adjust the six-pulley system on the back to set your desired compression level. When finished, release the easy-pull Velcro tabs to remove the brace.
