Vive Back Ice Wrap

The Vive Health Back Ice Wrap is a reusable cold and heat therapy brace for the lower back, supplied with an oversized Arctic Flex gel pack and dual-tension straps. Three curved metal splints press the gel pack into the arch of the back for targeted relief, while the adjustable straps let you set your own level of compression.

The wrap fits waist circumferences up to 42 inches, or up to 50 inches with the included 8-inch extender strap, and the nonslip silicone lining keeps it from sliding or bunching. The latex-free gel pack stays flexible when frozen and can be gently heated for warmth, and the neoprene blend brace is machine washable on cold and hang dried.

Materials & care

• Machine wash cold with like colors, Hang Dry. Or Spot clean with damp cloth and air dry
• 2 elastic straps for compression, pull them and attach them for further compression
• 3 middle splints, they are curved inward to push the gel pack into the arch of the back (they are not removable)

Sizing & fit

The wrap fits waist circumferences up to 42 inches, measured around the navel rather than the hips. With the included 8-inch strap extender it fits up to 50 inches.

How to use

Freeze the Arctic Flex gel pack for cold therapy or warm it gently for heat therapy, then slide it into the removable velcro pocket on the inside of the brace. Wrap the brace around the lower back, pull the two elastic straps and attach them to set your preferred compression. The three curved metal splints press the gel pack into the arch of the back.
