The Vive Health Alternating Pressure Mattress Lateral Rotation is an 8" mattress system that combines alternating pressure therapy with powered patient positioning. Its 19 air cells support users from 80 to 350 lbs, with three cells at the head remaining continuously inflated, while four separate air bladders beneath the mattress deliver approximately 45° left or right lateral rotation plus powered head and foot elevation for controlled repositioning.
A digital compressor pump with included remote provides adjustable pressure, selectable alternating cycles, static mode, rotation and elevation controls, control locking, mute, and audible and visual pressure monitoring. The waterproof zip-off PU cover, CPR valves for rapid deflation, and two foam side panels near the head make the system practical for daily use.

Materials & care
- Remove any bed sheet before cleaning. Wipe the cover or air cells with a damp cloth and disinfectant as needed, then clean off any residue and dry immediately. Cleaning the air cells may be easier while the mattress is inflated.
- The waterproof cover can be fully removed for cleaning. Do not machine wash or machine dry.
Sizing & fit
The mattress supports patients from 80 to 350 lbs and is designed to fit standard hospital or home care bed frames.
