Vive Hand Exercise Eggs

The Vive Hand Exercise Eggs are a set of four squishy hand eggs designed to build hand and grip strength, improve dexterity, and relieve stiffness, tension, and stress. Each egg is lightly textured with finger grooves for an ergonomic, nonslip hold and is sized at 3.5 by 2.5 by 2 inches to fit comfortably in the hands of both men and women.

The set provides four color-coded resistance levels, from soft to extra firm, for progressive occupational and physical therapy and interval training. Made with a solid, tear-resistant thermoplastic elastomer that is skin-safe, odorless, and easy to clean, the eggs are portable for use at the office, at school, or on the go.
