The Vive Arctic Flex Hot and Cold Therapy Gel Sleeve delivers targeted hot or cold therapy with 360 degrees of compression to help reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation while supporting muscles during activity. The included elastic strap uses strong hook-and-loop closures to hold the sleeve securely in place through walks, runs, and workouts.
Made from stretchable Lycra and gel, the sleeve is latex-free and fits the ankle, elbow, wrist, knee, or calf. The gel stays cold for extended periods and stores in the resealable bag, which is intended for cooling only, not heating.

How to use
Choose hot or cold therapy as needed. For cold therapy, place the gel sleeve in the included Ziploc bag and freeze; the bag is for cooling only, not heating. Position the sleeve over the ankle, elbow, wrist, knee, or calf, then secure the elastic strap with the hook-and-loop closures for adjustable 360-degree compression.
