Materials & care

Wipe the neoprene wrap and vinyl gel pack with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry completely before storing. Do not machine wash or dry.

Sizing & fit

The wrap is one size and fits either the left or right ankle, accommodating up to US men's size 14 shoe or women's size 12 shoe. Adjust the fastener strap for a secure fit.

How to use

For cold therapy, freeze the Arctic Flex gel pack until solid. For heat therapy, warm it gently. Insert the gel pack into the wrap, place the wrap around the ankle, and secure the fastener strap. Use the hand pump to add air for your desired compression level.
