Sures Disposable Underpads

Sures Disposable Underpads are absorbent pads with a SAP and fluff core that locks in moisture quickly, paired with a waterproof backing that keeps bedding, furniture, wheelchairs, and floors dry. The bonded top sheet and non-woven edges create a soft surface that helps reduce chafing during extended use.

Lightweight and quiet, each pad stays in place without shifting, making it easy to position for incontinence care, medical settings, post-surgery recovery, pet training, travel, or everyday spills. The pads are disposable, so there is no washing required.
