Drive Medical Viper Plus GT Wheelchair Universal Armrests

The Drive Medical Viper Plus GT Wheelchair with Universal Armrests is built on a lightweight all-aluminum frame that folds for transport and storage. Its universal armrests convert between desk, half, and full configurations with the push of a button, and adjust to eight heights in 1/2-inch increments.

Seat depth extends from 16 to 18 inches using built-in seat rail extensions and extendable upholstery, while the adjustable-angle back reclines from 5 to 20 degrees and the back height adjusts from 17 to 19 inches. Quick-release 24-inch composite Mag-style wheels, urethane rear tires and casters, swing-away footrests, and push-to-lock wheel locks complete the setup.

Materials & care

Wipe the aluminum frame and urethane tires and casters with a damp cloth. The heavy-gauge flame-retardant nylon upholstery can be cleaned with mild soap and water; allow it to dry fully before folding.

How to use

Convert the universal armrests between desk, half, and full configurations by pressing the button, and set each armrest to one of eight heights in 1/2-inch increments. Adjust seat depth from 16 to 18 inches using the built-in seat rail extensions and extendable upholstery. Set the back angle from 5 to 20 degrees and the back height from 17 to 19 inches in 1-inch increments. Engage the push-to-lock wheel locks to secure the chair.
