The Drive Medical Med-Aire Active Mattress Replacement System combines alternating pressure and low air loss therapy to optimize pressure redistribution, minimize shear and friction, and manage microclimate control. Designed to effectively prevent, treat, and heal pressure ulcers in homecare and long-term care environments, this system features 20 individual 8-inch deep air cells with a dedicated pillow function for enhanced head stability and patient comfort.

Equipped with an intuitive compressor control unit offering 10-minute alternating cycles and a static mode, the system allows customized weight settings for optimal body immersion. Safety and convenience are prioritized through integrated audio and visual low-pressure alarms, a rapid-deflating CPR valve, quick-release tubing, and a removable, fluid-resistant nylon stretch cover that protects skin against moisture.
