The Drive Medical Med-Aire 5" Mattress Overlay System is an active alternating pressure and low air loss therapy solution designed to prevent, treat, and manage pressure injuries in homecare and long-term care environments. Featuring 17 individual 5-inch deep air cells, this system easily fits on top of any standard foam or innerspring mattress to deliver optimal pressure redistribution, shear reduction, and microclimate management.

The intuitive digital control unit features 10-minute alternating cycles, a static mode, and adjustable weight settings to ensure proper immersion and comfort. Designed for patient safety and clinical convenience, the system incorporates a head pillow function, a visual low-pressure alarm, an emergency CPR deflation valve, and a vapor-permeable, fluid-resistant nylon cover.
