The Drive Medical DualEase Gel Cushion is a polymer gel seat cushion engineered for pressure relief and personalized comfort. Its dual-layer gel structure offers a different firmness level on each side, so flipping the cushion changes how firm the seat feels. The flexible gel reduces shear and friction, which supports users with limited seated tolerance or those at risk for pressure ulcers.

The open-cell design and cooling hyper-elastic gel promote airflow to help keep the seating surface dry and cool. The PreserveTech antimicrobial stretch cover is low-shear, vapor permeable and machine washable, and the built-in carry handle plus non-skid bottom make the cushion easy to move and keep in place.
