ACL Knee Brace Coretech

The Coretech ACL Knee Brace is a lightweight, rigid knee orthosis made with steel double uprights for controlled support during post-operative recovery and ACL rehabilitation. Its polycentric hinge offers adjustable flexion from 0° to 120° and extension stops from 0° to 45°, letting a clinician set precise range-of-motion limits as healing progresses.

Bilateral uprights deliver medial-lateral and rotational control, with integrated valgus and varus angle adjustments for joint stabilization. Four numbered hook-and-loop straps, two on the thigh and two on the calf, keep application consistent, and the removable, washable pads and straps can be trimmed to fit.

Sizing & fit

Choose your size using thigh and calf circumference: Small fits 13"–15.5" thigh and 10.5"–12" calf; Medium fits 15.5"–18.5" thigh and 12"–14" calf; Large fits 18.5"–21" thigh and 13"–15" calf; X-Large fits 21"–23.5" thigh and 14"–16" calf. Strap lengths can be trimmed for a customized fit.
