Coretech 833 Knee Brace

The Coretech 833 Knee Brace is a hinged support designed for knee injuries such as MCL and ACL tears, strains, and sprains, and it also helps reduce the risk of reinjury. Its dual hinges include extension and flexion pins, so the angle can be adjusted on the go, and the integrated clip-on buckles and trimmable straps let you dial in the fit.

Internal silicone bands keep the brace from slipping during activity, while perforated neoprene promotes air circulation around the knee. The brace is latex free and can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and left to air dry.

How to use

Adjust the hinge angle before putting the brace on; hinge adjustments may also be made while wearing the brace if preferred. Fasten the easy clip buckles and trim the straps as needed for a secure fit.
