Coretech 639 LSO Ultra Lumbar Sacral Orthosis

The Coretech 639 LSO Ultra is a lumbar-sacral orthosis built to deliver rigid support, targeted compression, and trunk stabilization for patients who need advanced lumbar bracing. Its elongated rigid back panel, removable lateral panels, and removable moldable anterior splint work together to support the lumbar-sacral region, while the independent pulley system lets compression be adjusted throughout wear without taking the brace off.

Made with Coretech's ultra-light belt material, the brace pairs a low-profile build with a wide adjustable fit range. A two-piece belt accommodates sizes Small through 2XL, and the included left and right extenders expand the fit through 4XL, covering waist sizes from 25" to 68". The back and anterior panels can also be molded by a qualified fitter for a more individualized clinical fit.
