The Coretech 637 LSO Pro is a rigid lumbar-sacral orthosis that stabilizes the trunk and reduces spinal loading. It provides controlled compression through a removable pulley system with wide pull tabs, while an elongated rigid back panel and two removable side splints add coronal and trunk stability.

Adjustable waist straps fit 25 to 68 inches (Small to 4XL), and the brace is made from nylon oxford cloth, brush cloth, foam, ABS plastic and PP plastic. It is latex-free and cleans with a damp cloth and air dry.
