Configuration Standard

The Coretech 631 LSO Pro is a rigid lumbar support brace built around an elongated back panel that extends to the T-9 vertebra, adding trunk stabilization for long-term management of chronic lumbar conditions such as scoliosis, herniated discs, sciatica, and spondylolisthesis. Its inelastic construction pairs light padding with an adjustable waistband and side supports, so the brace stays comfortable through daily wear.

A removable pulley system with wide pull tabs lets you dial in compression, while two removable hook-and-loop side splints and an elongated right back panel add stability where you need it. The waist straps adjust to fit waists from 25 to 68 inches, covering sizes Small through 4XL.
