The Coretech 627 LSO Essential is a lumbar sacral orthosis built around an elongated, rigid back panel that stabilizes the trunk and delivers targeted compression for chronic pain and lumbar conditions. Its independent pulley system lets the wearer dial in the level of compression, so support and comfort can be balanced through the day.

The bendable back splint can be shaped for a tailored fit, soft belt padding helps prevent irritation, and thumb and hand loops make the brace easy to put on independently. Two extenders are included, and the waist straps adjust across sizes from 25 to 68 inches, covering Small through 4XL.
