The Coretech 456 TLSO is a thoracic-lumbar sacral orthosis built for long-term management of chronic thoracic and lumbar conditions such as degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, kyphosis and osteoporosis. A single-string pulley system on the back, wide pull tabs and adjustable chest, waist and shoulder straps deliver customizable compression, while the rigid structure steadies the trunk to ease pain and discomfort.

Double padding and a breathable underarm lining keep the brace comfortable through extended wear, and dual hook-and-loop tabs at the top prevent slipping. The front chest strap secures the fit, and the shoulder straps can be removed to wear the brace as a lower back support; their height adjusts from the rear. Seven sizes cover waists from 25 to 68 inches, and the brace is latex-free, made from polyurethane and nylon.

How to use

Position the brace around the torso and fasten the two hook-and-loop tabs at the front. Secure the front chest strap for a snug fit. Use the wide pull tabs to tighten the single-string pulley system on the back for the desired compression. The shoulder strap height can be adjusted from the back, and the shoulder straps can be removed to wear the brace as a back brace.
