The Coretech 4 in 1 Step-Down LSO is a multifunctional orthopedic brace that supports and stabilizes the lower back and lumbar region. Its step-down design lets it be configured as a 639, 637, 631, or 627 LSO, so one brace can address a range of spinal conditions and individual preferences.

The anterior panel is firm and rigid to stabilize the abdominal region, while the posterior panel provides moderate support to the lumbar area. Thumb loops and hand straps let licensed healthcare professionals adjust compression, and the breathable, generously padded materials are latex-free. The waist straps adjust from 25 to 68 inches, covering sizes Small through 4XL.
