Materials & care

• Use a clean soft cloth to wipe clean.
• Do not submerge in water.

How to use

• For Cold Therapy:
• Lay the cold pack flat in a freezer.
• Freeze the cold pack for at least two hours.
• When completely frozen, remove the cold pack from the freezer.
• Place a towel between the skin and the cold pack.
• Apply the cold pack to the affected area.
• For Heat Therapy:
• Heat pack in microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until warm. Do not exceed 150 degrees.
