The Arctic Flex Gel Ice Pack is a reusable hot and cold therapy pack sized 6 by 10 inches, filled with non-toxic silica gel inside a soft, latex-free vinyl cover. The generously sized pack contours to the back, hip, abdomen and thigh, and its gel stays flexible when frozen so it lies flush against the body for targeted relief.
