This Arctic Flex hot and cold pack delivers soothing relief for sore, stiff muscles caused by arthritis, strains, sprains, sports injuries, and post-workout recovery. The generously sized gel pack covers the lower or upper back, stomach, shoulder, arm, hip, or knee, and stays flexible when frozen to conform to the body with mild compression.
Dual-sided for different intensities, one side is soft plush to protect skin and reduce condensation, while the nylon side provides a stronger, colder effect. Two long fastener straps allow hands-free use in any position, so you can sit, stand, or walk while benefiting from therapy.

Store the reusable gel pack in the freezer for two hours or more for cooling relief. The oversized ice pack can also be warmed up in a microwave for effective heat therapy.

Measuring 14.45” by 8.94”, the large cold pack is generously sized to cover the lower back, the stomach, shoulder, arm, hip or knee. The back ice pack remains flexible when frozen to conform to the body and provide mild compression therapy.
Dual-Sided And Leak Free
Designed for long-term use, the Arctic Flex gel pack is durable and leak-free. One side of the gel pack is covered with a plush material that is soft against the skin and minimizes dripping due to condensation. The second side is covered with soft nylon which creates a more intense cooling effect.
Hands-Free Use
Easily secure the back ice pack in any position with the two strong fastener straps. Measuring 51.57” in length, the double-sided fastener straps allow for movement while benefiting from cryotherapy.
