Shipping Policy

Standard UPS/USPS shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).

Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24 business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery options are not available.

Estimated Arrival of Order

Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. For exceptions, see the estimated delivery and transit times below:

 

  • Economy: 7-10 business days.
  • Standard: 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days.
  • Rush: 1-2 business days.

 

We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we have to quote the shipping to AK and HI.  They shipping quote is not given at the checkout.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Military APO, FPO and DPO

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Free or discounted shipping promotions, or discounted pricing promotions, may not apply to incontinence/diaper supplies, liquids, wheelchairs, and some of our other over-sized items. We apologize, but in order to maintain our low regular prices, we are no longer able to always include these medical supply categories in shipping promotions.

 

White Glove Delivery:

 

White Glove is delivered into your home at a time that fits your schedule. The product will be set up and tested in the place you request and all packaging materials are taken away. White Glove Delivery is perfect for people who prefer further support in the delivery of their new lift chair.  This process adds 5-10 days on the delivery time.

  1. Your product will be shipped to a local representative in your area.
  2. The representative will examine the product to ensure it has arrived in new condition and functions properly.
  3. The agent will contact you to schedule a delivery time for your item.
  4. At the designated delivery time, the agent will: Bring your product into your home, unpack it completely, set it up and test the product, then remove any packaging material.

Freight Deliveries: While our delivery partners will always make every attempt to get your freight items delivered as close to your location as possible, delivery on all oversized (freight items) is curbside only.
Curbside delivery does not include inside location or doorstep delivery.
